Louise is a yoga teacher (RYT200 ) and Somatics Education Coach with over twenty-five years of experience of conscious movement.  She offers a unique blend of embodied yoga and Somatics encouraging you to get to know yourself from the inside out, release muscle tension, improve posture and concentration whilst also deeply relaxing the body and mind.
